After I selected GameCube Controllers at the top & went with 'Standard Controller' & pressed 'Configure'. Since its connected on I opened Dolphin, went to Controllers & selected the 'Emulate Wii Remote' to 'None'.Under Wiimote choose Dolphin Wiimote New Incomplete.
